Naples: Italy Trip • Part 1

17 06 12

We arrived at Toronto Pearson International Airport with backpacks full of stuff (cameras, mostly), ready to begin our three weeks in Italy. After a seven and a half hour flight with a layover in Munich and one more flight into Italy, we finally made it to Naples. Happy to be in the city that is known as the birthplace of pizza, our taxi driver told us about the best pizza place which was just a few blocks from our hotel (Pizzeria Pellone on Via Nazionale, by the way). We wandered around for a short while before trying to get some sleep, adjusting to the time change with a full day of travelling to Giungano tomorrow.
