Aidan Hennebry: The Brand

5 Things to Know About Aidan

  1. I have an unquenchable hunger for learning. In my home library, I have approximately 75 books related to leadership, sales, marketing, and business. I’ve probably read 75% of them. It’s not uncommon to learn I’m reading something new (and would love if you joined me!).

  2. I’m very comfortable in uncomfortable situations. I don’t mind speaking up when other people refuse to, and I’m willing to start uncomfortable conversations when there’s friction in a relationship. My desire — always — is the genuine restoration and improvement of everyone involved.

  3. Watching others succeed is my greatest joy. Not only do I love acquiring knowledge, but I love distributing it. When I have a team member or colleague who is making strides in their work and unlocking new potential, I get just as much excitement out of cheering them on.

  4. I believe in expressing gratitude. Overall, I think life is way too short, and we don’t take as much time as we should to recognize the people around us. I’m a “words of affirmation” kind of guy, so I’m big on written letters and an offering a high-five and an “attaboy” (or attagirl) in person.

  5. Integrity & accountability are 2 of my highest values. Don’t get me wrong: like every flawed human being, I often fall short of my goal. But I firmly believe every workplace would drastically improve overnight if every single person — from janitor to CEO — acted with more of these.

5 Fun Facts About Aidan

  1. My wife & kids are my reason for living. They are my motivation to work hard, to earn well, and to be a good man. Leanne’s been my wife since 2014 and I officially became a father in 2018. To say I’m a lucky man doesn’t even start to describe it. My family is my pride and joy.

  2. I’m a follower of Jesus Christ. My family are second only to my faith. I became a born-again believer when I was 16 and I’ve never looked back. I’ve read the Bible cover-to-cover in 30 days (twice) and I’m an active volunteer at my church. I’d love to talk about theology with you sometime!

  3. I have a lot of hobbies. Like, so many hobbies and interests that I actively have to lay some down so I can get more depth in the ones I value most. Think: Old typewriters, electric guitar, drawing, photography, filmmaking, reading, writing, graphic design, Formula One (to name a few!).

  4. I wake up at 5am most days. I often joke “I’ll sleep when I’m dead!” but the truth is, I just like getting a lot accomplished, and waking up before my kids helps with that. Often I’m reading my Bible and praying, but I’m usually also plugging away at some work project I have on the go. I love sunrises.

  5. As a rule, I’m ruthlessly optimistic. That’s not to say bad things never happen to me (believe me, they do!), but I refuse to believe there isn’t more beauty in life than there is misery. Most things we worry about we’ll end up forgetting in a week. I insist on a grounded optimism of life.
