About the Project
Tim Windsor is a sales & leadership consultant who runs FERVESCO; an agency that does exactly that. In addition to all the work does with multi-million companies all over North America, Tim runs a podcast / media channel called UNCOMMODIFIED where he has provocative and challenging conversations with industry leaders across a multitude of different disciplines in order to learn how to live a more unique life; “breaking the evil spell of sameness.”
I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Tim on a number of projects over the years and when he approached me with his first foray into formal authorship, I was stoked to say the least. Knowing the ethos of Tim’s brand, I knew it would be unconventional, but I had no real idea how far Tim was ready to push the envelope.
Well, my friends, push the envelope we did. This 192 page book was a labour of love over the better part of 10 months. There are no 2 pages that are the same in this book (or even really within the same league). I can assure you that you’ve never read a business and leadership book like this one.
Getting to hold the end-result in my hands was rewarding in a way I can’t explain. The way this thing turned out surpassed any expectation that both Tim and I had for it.

Cover Ideas
Early stages of the project, we considered a whole bunch of different cover ideas. We wanted to steer clear of the classic “bright white front cover with a bit of text” as this was too common of business books and, in order to truly be uncommodified, that just wouldn’t do.
