Leo, Betty & Walter Badges

Next to being a husband, being a dad is the single greatest honour of my life. I love the kids that God has blessed me with.

Some kids grow up and, as adults, say, “My dad never really told me he loved me or was proud of me growing up.” I can tell you that every single day of my life, I utter these words to my kids. They will have the opposite complaint: “My dad never stopped telling me he loved me and was proud of me!”

Anyways: any project I can pull together that celebrates my kids is one I’m thrilled to do. These badges were no different.

Inspired by Allan Peter’s badges for his kids, I set out to make my own but with a much more gritty, handmade feel. Insanely proud of how these turned out.

The consistent colour palette was a very intentional choice to keep these feeling cohesive despite all being wildly different from one another. Hope you dig them!
