About Julia
Julia Veenstra is a visual artist from Hamilton, Ontario most well-known for her Canadian landscape work. She has work in galleries across the country, sold work around the world, and has her very own studio space on James Street North.
For years now, Julia’s been returning to me for various photo shoots, promotional videos, and graphic design projects. To even begin to summarize what we’ve done together would constitute a small novel.

IGTV Video Series
Julia, intending to leverage the power of video on Instagram and seeking to grow her following, wanted to create a series of videos specifically intended to be watched on Instagram through the IGTV portion of the app. We created these fun, vlog-style videos which were a smash hit and allowed Julia to connect with even more of her followers on a more personal level than before.
Square Foot Show Logo + Promo Video
Every winter, Julia hosts an art show where she curates in work from multiple artists and sells them out of her studio during a three-day event. Wanting to brand this show and turn it into an easily-recognizable event that participants recognize and look forward to, we created this logo + these promotional materials for Julia’s show.
